Simon Burnham attended Indianola Academy in Indianola, MS where he received his High School Diploma in 2005. He then attended Mississippi State University where he studied Biological Sciences, but due to family issues returned closer to home and chose a faster way to a degree and into a healthcare-related career. In 2010 he Graduated number 2 of his class receiving an Associate of Applied Science: Radiologic Technology Mississippi Delta Community College – Moorhead, MS graduated with a 3.8 GPA. He continued his education and did on-the-job training to sit for his Vascular Intervention Registry. He then took a position at Bolivar Medical Center where he worked for 10 years in the Vascular Intervention/Cath Lab. He became certified to perform Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter lines (PICC), arterial closure device placement of Angio-seal, Perclose, Mynx, and Celt ACD. In 2015 he met Dr. Foluso Fakorede and continued to work alongside him at Bolivar Medical Center until joining Dr. Fakorede in his outpatient base lab.
